How to Use

Mix 1 stick pack with 8 fl oz (236 mL) of water once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. It can be taken with or without food.

Per stick pack: L-glutamine, 2,000 mg; N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, 1,000 mg; magnesium as bisglycinate, 50 mg; zinc as zinc L-carnosine, 3.6 mg; licorice root extract, 400 mg; aloe vera leaf extract, 300 mg; quercetin and slippery elm bark, 200 mg each; MSM, marshmallow root, chamomile flower extract, L-theanine, cat’s claw root extract, okra fruit extract and prune fruit, 100 mg each; and humic-shale fulvic blend, 10 mg. The 4 g fiber blend contains resistant potato starch and partially hydrolyzed guar gum. The 3 billion CFU probiotic blend contains Lactiplantibacillus plantarum LP815®, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium longum. Other ingredients: crystallized orange flavor (citric acid, orange fruit juice, orange peel oil), natural flavors, beta-carotene, steviol glycosides (Rebaudioside M) and silica.
