How to Use

Follow each product’s directions, warnings and storage instructions, or the protocol provided by your healthcare practitioner. There is no single combined dose for this kit.

Review the full kit with your practitioner before taking the products together. D3+K2 Pro provides 5,000 IU of vitamin D per capsule, above the general adult daily upper limit of 4,000 IU, and Core Nutrients adds vitamin D. Use the high-dose D3 formula under practitioner guidance. Review total magnesium and B6 as well.

Core Nutrients and D3+K2 Pro contain vitamin K; consult your prescriber if you take warfarin or other blood thinners. Sashimi Omegas contains fish (salmon and tilapia). Ask your practitioner before supplemental magnesium if you have kidney disease, and before a probiotic if you are immunocompromised. If pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medications or managing a medical condition, consult your practitioner before use. Keep supplements away from children.
