Provider Access Membership
At Down to Earth Wellness, our Provider Access Membership is an annual membership required for all Total Wellness clients receiving provider-led care.
This annual charge of $325 helps us maintain an active client relationship with you and ensures our team can continue supporting your care with the time, attention, and clinical oversight that Total Wellness requires.
Why We Have a Provider Access Membership
Our Provider Access Membership allows us to clearly track who is currently active under provider care at DTE, so we can provide the most organized, consistent, and thoughtful support possible.
Historically, there have been times when we have had to limit or cap the number of Total Wellness clients we could actively serve. Maintaining an active Provider Access Membership helps ensure you continue to have access to our provider team and Total Wellness care structure.
This membership is not simply a fee to “stay active.” It supports the behind-the-scenes care coordination required to properly serve you throughout the year.
What Your Provider Access Membership Includes
Your annual Provider Access Membership helps support:
- Access to schedule provider appointments for Total Wellness care
- Continued access to your Practice Better client portal
- Complimentary messaging with our team between appointments
- Creation of customized lab orders
- Insurance-billable lab order support when applicable
- Diagnostic coding for lab orders based on your provider’s recommendations
- Select prescription support and pharmacy communication when appropriate
- Prior authorization support when required
- Ongoing administrative and clinical care coordination
Creating lab orders that may be billed through insurance requires additional time and customization from our team. This includes reviewing your provider’s recommendations, selecting appropriate labs, and attaching customized diagnostic codes so insurance may consider coverage.
What Does Not Require a Provider Access Membership
You do not need a Provider Access Membership to:
- Shop supplements online or in-office
- Receive IV Therapy
- Receive vitamin injections
- Visit our wellness center for select non-provider services
The Provider Access Membership is specifically for clients who are actively receiving provider-led Total Wellness care at Down to Earth Wellness.
